DMCA and takedowns

Craftloop Studio, LLC respects copyright on Room of Me. This is a pilot: support@roomofme.example.com is a placeholder, not a registered DMCA agent or functioning mailbox. Agent registration and operational contact details must be completed before public launch.
Sending a notice
When support is active, send copyright concerns to support with a signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact result URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, and a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury. We review valid complaints promptly and may disable access. Do not include unnecessary private information.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed by mistake, request a counter-notice review. A statutory counter-notice includes your signature, identification and prior location of the material, a perjury statement that removal was mistaken, contact details, and consent to the relevant U.S. federal court’s jurisdiction and service of process. We may forward it to the complainant. Where the statutory process applies, restoration may follow after 10–14 business days unless we learn of a court action. Independent terms violations may keep material unavailable.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers and restrict repeat misuse. Do not request copyrighted characters, logos or celebrity likenesses. Filters and generic prompts reduce risk but do not guarantee that an output is free of third-party rights.
Process reference: U.S. Copyright Office section 512 guidance.
