Privacy policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

Craftloop Studio, LLC operates Room of Me. This policy describes the pilot and the real-generation service when enabled. The demo uses sample images and does not accept payments.

What we collect

We do not accept photo or file uploads. Optional quiz answers are used only to build an image prompt. Answers are kept in this tab’s session storage for editing; close the tab or clear browser storage to remove them. In demo mode, answers are validated on the server but are not sent to an image provider or saved in a database. In real mode, the resulting prompt and job status are saved for processing and your history. If you sign in, we store your email and account details. We store credit and payment records, but do not receive full card details. Hosting logs can include IP addresses, request paths and error details; we do not intentionally log quiz answers.

Who processes it

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and image storage. In real mode Yir.ai routes the prompt to third-party model providers; their processing and retention policies also apply. Stripe processes configured payments. Optional Google sign-in is used only when configured. We do not sell quiz answers or use them for advertising profiles. Do not enter sensitive information or another person’s details.

How long we keep it

Generated images are intended to remain available for about seven days. The site stops serving older results after seven days; storage deletion depends on the configured cleanup policy. Download anything you want to keep. Bundled demo samples are permanent public examples. Prompts and account records remain until deletion is requested or the account is closed, subject to operational needs. Transaction records may be retained as needed for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Provider-side copies follow the provider’s retention terms.

Cookies

First-party cookies support sign-in and guest quotas. Session storage keeps quiz answers and an in-progress job ID in this tab; local storage keeps a resettable demo wallet. Demo credits are not money. This pilot does not configure third-party analytics. Anyone with a shared result URL can view the room image, but the public result page does not disclose the prompt or quiz answers.

Your choices

You can skip any quiz question, clear browser storage, and request access, correction or deletion of account data by contacting support. Use is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect children’s information. This is a preview on a placeholder domain: support@roomofme.example.com is not an active support inbox yet. Do not submit sensitive information during the pilot.
