These terms cover Room of Me. Room of Me is operated by Craftloop Studio, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. Contact: support@roomofme.com. By using the tool you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement.

What the service is

The tool interprets optional quiz answers as objects in one imaginary room. It is for creative exploration, not architectural or interior design advice. Generation uses an AI image provider and may take several minutes. Images are generated by AI and are not photographs.

Your content

Keep answers generic and use only content you have the right to submit. No uploads are accepted. Do not request real people, faces, human figures, celebrity likenesses, brands, logos, trademarked characters, sexual content, minors or violence. Known restricted terms are dropped; filters are imperfect. You retain rights you already have in your input and allow us and the generation providers to process it to deliver the service. Generated output may not be unique or eligible for copyright; we grant no rights in third-party material. Check outputs before sharing, and do not pass a sample off as personalised or depict a fictional result as an actual photograph of your home.

Credits and payments

Credits are sold in one-time packs (no subscription): 200 credits for US$4.99 or 1,000 credits for US$19.99. Prices include VAT or sales tax where applicable; tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address. Checkout may show your local currency; the amount shown at checkout is what you pay. One room costs 10 credits. Purchased credits do not expire while the service operates. Free credits given at sign-up (currently 20) expire 30 days after they are granted; the expiry date is shown in your account. Credits that expire soonest are used first, so free credits are used before purchased credits. Failed or cancelled generations return their credits automatically. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are refundable only as described in our Refund policy (/refunds) or where the law requires. Credits are digital content delivered immediately: at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you start using them. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related credits are removed, which may leave a negative balance.

No warranty

AI results can contain mistakes or unwanted details and are supplied as available, without promised accuracy, suitability, ownership or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Craftloop Studio, LLC is not liable for indirect losses and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits non-excludable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We may suspend misuse, update the service, and revise these terms; material changes will be posted here before applying to future use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts.
